Return of purchase

Refund Conditions

You can exchange or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. The product can only be returned if the following conditions are met:

• The original appearance of the product is Preserved. The product should not have been used.
• Provided documents confirming the purchase of the product.

Return Order

To return the product, you need to send an email request info@rumec.ru. If necessary, attach a photo and/or video of the defective product to the email to confirm the marriage.

Refund of shipping cost

   If you find a defect, the delivery cost is refundable. If the product is returned of proper quality (color, model, etc.), the delivery cost is not compensated.
